To our loyal customers, we are experiencing delayed shipping due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19.

At Tick Tock Clocks, we employ our suppliers to ship products via the E-Packet shipping method, which is the quickest, cost effective, and most reliable global shipping option for online retailers.

With the current health crisis caused by COVID-19, there are many warehouse shutdowns around the world including China, where most suppliers are based and shipped from. Due to this, the E-Packet service is no longer being offered by many suppliers, as E-Packet packages use regular commercial flights for shipping, and as most planes are currently grounded due to restricted global travel, and lack of tourism, suppliers are having to use alternative shipping methods.

Shipping on most items from our store can now take up to 8 weeks to be delivered, which is not something that we are happy with – as we want you to receive your clock/s as soon as absolutely possible, however this is the hand we have been dealt with the global pandemic, and is unfortunately affecting businesses all around the world, small and large. We will return to using faster shipping methods when they become available to us again.

For the United States

For customers located in the United States, we have some products that are able to be shipped via USPS, which can usually take anywhere between 4 – 13 days. This is of course much faster than the 8 weeks listed above.
